Guest guest Posted August 12, 2003 Report Share Posted August 12, 2003 Condensed Soy Milk or Rice Milk Put 3 cups of soy milk or rice milk in a saucepan. Add 1/2 cup sugar. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until the volume is reduced to 1 cup. Add vanilla to taste and a pinch of salt. Cool. Store in a jar in the refrigerator.
