Here is the updated information: Date & Times: July 22 6:30 to 7:30 PM July 26 1:30 to 2:30 PM July 27 12:30 to 3:00 PM Location: Circus Vargas Main Entrance West Valley Mall (Naglee Rd & Grant Line Rd), Tracy Info: Circus Vargas is a repeat violator of animal welfare standards. We will be handing out information about cruelty-free circuses.
