Guest guest Posted September 16, 2004 Report Share Posted September 16, 2004 Brenda, Sorry, I'm already in Minneapolis (at Ecopolitan, the raw restaurant here - I'm enjoying some breakfast porridge and free wireless internet!) so won't be bringing any kale chips back. Perhaps I'll try making some upon my return. BTW, Ecopolitan (http://www.ecopolitan.net) doesn't sell similar kale chips. They do have delicious raw food though! I'm in S. Wisconsin this weekend visiting family for the big cheese festival. The home-grown produce is great there too. Have to go back Monday. Hope you have a good trip.
