Dear Living Nutrition - Healthful Living International e-list member,

 

The following is a special message from Laurie Masters regarding dear friend and

" brother " , Dr. Tim Trader.

wish to offer their prayers and support.

This message is being distributed among friends, organizations, and communities

who may be acquainted with our dear friend and brother, Timothy Trader. If you

have met Tim, you know he devotes his life to helping people live healthier,

happier lives through love, peace, conscious living, and simple raw-food

nutrition.

 

As an Essene minister, a founding governor of Healthful Living International,

and in private health consultations, Tim has had a profoundly positive, loving

impact on everyone he encounters. He calls those with whom he consults " health

partners, " in acknowledgment that his sole role is to inspire others, without

judgment, to trust their body's innate wisdom and make their own decisions for

health and healing. With compassion, kindness, and deep presence, he gives of

himself unconditionally, offering his guidance on a donation basis so that all

may be helped. For the past 15 months, Tim has worked as fasting supervisor at

the Tanglewood Wellness Center in Maryland, assisting scores of guests to heal

and rejuvenate through deep physiological, emotional, and sensory rest. As you

may know, Tim has been serving humanity in these ways for more than a decade

without incident.

 

Tim now needs our help. The State of Maryland is falsely prosecuting him for

practicing medicine without a license and other related matters. He faces the

possibililty of several years in jail, a prospect particularly daunting for a

dedicated raw-food vegan. We have set up a legal defense fund for Tim and we

urgently request your donation, large or small, to mount his defense.

 

Vibrant Life, a private, ecclesiastical corporation sole, has volunteered to

handle this fund. At the conclusion of these legal proceedings, any funds not

used for Tim,s defense will be returned to those who donated them on a pro rata

basis. If you are moved to do so, we would be deeply grateful for your generous

your donation is for the " Tim Trader legal defense fund. " Please include your

contact information on a note requesting an acknowledgment letter from the

ministry if you plan to claim your donation as a deduction on an income tax

return. Vibrant Life will send you appropriate documentation acknowledging your

donation.

 

IMPORTANT: An initial retainer must be forwarded to Tim's attorney on September

22. Therefore, your soonest response would be most gratefully appreciated.
