Guest guest
Hey Jocelyn, Any idea what the kale is glazed with? Sounds intriguing. Thanks, Linda -------------- Yes, and Karyn's (glazed dehydrated kale) Hip Chips are delicious! Jocelyn

But I used lemon juice, olive oil and agave nectar in parts that made a tangy sweet syrup (which tasted like a pretty close approximation), dipped the leaves in the syrup to coat, and then dehydrated the leaves until they were really crispy. Flat red russian kale works easiest, but I also used black kale as well. Two of my kids and I ate a whole bunch of kale for 1 snack. Enjoy. Guest guest
I'm back in Chicago on the way home. I'll be at Karyn's again within the hour. She has them for sale there. I'll look into buying some, or at least check out the ingredients. Jeff
