Learn to make Hummus, Falafel with Tahini Sauce, Taboule, Greek Salad, Carrots

with Moroccan Spices, Dolmas with Middle Eastern Marinara, Fruit and Nut Candy.

 

Latin American Fiesta class:

 

Learn to make Papaya Lime Soup, Mango Avocado Salad, Spanish Ensalada, Spicy Red

Pepper Chips, Salsa and Cilantro Sour Cream, Authentic Guacamole, Tropical Fruit

Lydia and René have a passion for sharing their knowledge and extensive

experience of living foods. Both feel that a living foods lifestyle enhances

their potential on mental, physical and spiritual levels, and really love to

share that joy with as many others as is possible. Lydia and René received their

certification as associate chefs and instructors from Living Light Culinary Arts

Institute in California.

 

René has interned as a chef at The Tree of Life Café in Arizona, assisted chef

Chad Sarno on several occasions, worked at Quintessence in New York, and taught

living foods classes in Norway.

 

René was 2003 1st prize winner of the pie contest at the Portland International

Raw Food Festival. He has since become well known as the ‘Pie-o-neer’in the raw

foods community for his ‘divinely inspired desserts’.

 

Lydia is a New Zealand trained and registered midwife whose own healing inspires

her to share with others that incredible lightness of being attained from a

living foods lifestyle. She has worked in Living Foods kitchens at festivals,

taught classes and worked in private homes as a living foods coach.

 

Together they birthed Vibrant Earth Creations, which provides living foods

classes, lifestyle coaching, private chef services and catering. René and Lydia

love to work with people in health crisis to assist them in transforming their

lifestyles in order to reclaim vibrant health and wholeness of being.
