Guest guest Posted August 3, 2004 Report Share Posted August 3, 2004 Hi All, My name is Sheree. I live with my husband, Tony and our soon to be 4 y/o daughter, Summer in Renton. Summer and I are vegan and Tony is vegetarian. I've been doing a lot of raw food " uncooking " lately and am having an absolute blast. Most of my family is vegetarian, so I'm very fortunate. My dad's ex-wife wrote a raw food uncook book years ago and has just published a new one - don't know the name of the new one, but the first one is entitled " The Art of Delicious Raw Food Cookery " . When I first looked at it a couple years ago, I was very interested in this form of food preparation, but it seemed quite overwhelming. In the past few months, I've really been getting into it, checking out every raw food book and cookbook from the library, checking out websites and creating wonderful dishes.
