Guest guest
Hi Nick, I recommend purchasing a bottle of Udo's Choice Perfected Oil Blend, which is available at every health food store. It has all essential fats in the correct ratio your body needs. Which author's diet plan are you following? Are you eating a Dr. Doug Graham and Roz Gruben style diet, or a Brian Clement and Dr. Gabriel Cousens style diet? Soy ice cream is one of the worst foods you can eat, especially the Tofutti brand. The ingredients are at http://www.tofutti.com It is made with high fructose corn syrup and sugar. Check out this article on curezone, " Soy ice cream: the worst sugar junk food " http://www.curezone.com/forums/m.asp?f=85 & i=332 Tofutti is a high glycemic food. On the glycemic index, Honey is 58, High Frucose Corn Syrup is 62, dairy Ice Cream is 62, and Soy Ice Cream blows them all away at 115! The only form of soy I eat is South River Miso. http://www.southrivermiso.com The book " Rainbow Green Live Food Cuisine " discusses high glycemic foods and recommends a low-glycemic diet. Here are some anti-soy articles-> http://www.mercola.com/article/soy/ http://www.westonaprice.org/soy/index.html http://www.shirleys-wellness-cafe.com/soy.htm Good luck!
