Guest guest
Hello all, I've talked on the phone recently a few times with our good friend Rick Levinski who used to live here in Seattle with his girlfriend Emily, but they now live on the " Big Island " in Hawaii. Rick told me on the phone that he knows a (mostly?) raw woman in his area who has a few acres for sale there. He bought one acre already. There are four more left. The woman selling the land is asking the general public $55,000 per acre, but is giving Rick a special price of $30,000 per acre! You can arrange with Rick to get this price if you like. Either price is quite a steal, as I understand from talking to those in the know. The seller's terms include a down payment of 70% of whatever the effective price is. She's also willing to finance the remaining 30% at a low interest rate of only 3% or 4%. Rick says the land is about as raw as you can get--plain jungle, with only a phone somewhere nearby, but otherwise totally " off the grid " . The land will grow all tropical fruits. Rick explained that if one sets aside two acres as a land preserve, Hawaii gives you a break on the property taxes, but otherwise you'll pay a full levy. There are already others interested, so if you want to take advantage of this generous offer, I suggest looking into it soon. REPLY TO EJGregor PLEASE!!! Good luck!
