Guest guest
Hi all, I'm sorry to have missed the potluck yesterday. I had so hoped to go, but we took the opportunity profit from the neighbor's garage sale advertising, and held a garage sale instead. Now I can buy more fruit! Which brings me to the next topic,my husband and I are both athletes (which seems strange to write, as we are both approaching 40 and have what a friend calls " late onset athletisism " ), and have been reading Doug Grahams books/info about the best foods for raw athletes. His opinions sit well with us, but seem to be almost opposite those of Gabriel Cousens. The fuel the Graham likes best (bananas, and other fruits of all kinds), should limited in Cousens opinion. We have books by both (plus many more . . . ), and we've so far we've gone with what feels right, but I'd like to hear some of your experiences/opinions. I hope to at least meet/say " hi " so some of you at Chaco Canyon on July 9th. Thanks, Tina Bystrom Kenmore
