Jeff 206-547-8224 There have been some changes, but this is the original email: ESSENE CHURCH SKYKOMISH RIVER RETREAT AND LIVING FOODS WORKSHOPS Weekend of June 26-27 Summer 2004 Where: Join Seattle Essene Church members, and brothers and sisters interested in raw-foods and natural lifestyles, for a beautiful weekend of raw-foods and natural living workshops, on brother Rex Coryell's private property along the Skykomish River in Washington. What: A positive and uplifting retreat is planned, respectful of One-another's needs and differences. There is no charge for this seminar, and an ashram style Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast will be made available. The food will be living (uncooked) but very delicious and nutritious. We will ask for a contribution of live organic food or a tithe; however your presence is much more important. Saturday lunch is a vegetarian potluck so bring food please. The retreat is a camping retreat. Tent camping is available on either of two lots. Inside floor space is available for those less adventuresome. A bathroom facility with shower is available but limited because of septic demands. State campground facilities are within 10 miles with pit toilets and camping fees; some motel/ bed and breakfast services within 10 miles. This event is pet free; we love animals too but think of this as a vacation away from your pet. Reservations by phone are necessary so we can finalize planning, please call 425-350-4099 and ask for Rex. Call to reserve a spot as parking space is limited to approximately 20 cars, therefore we are limiting the number of attendees to 30 (car pooling would help considerably). Call with questions, suggestions, or to reserve ASAP. Directions: From I-5 north or south go to Everett WA exit Stevens Pass Hwy, east toward Wenatchee/Monroe/Snohomish. Travel east past Snohomish signs, through Monroe (19 miles) through Sultan, Start-up, Gold Bar, Baring (25 miles past Monroe) Note: Baring is very small, with a post office/general store combination. Take the first street past the store, (right), 63601 NE 194 TH Pl. The house, garage, second garage are all barn red on the left hand side of the street. Questions please call 425-350-4099.
