Guest guest
Yes, thanks Kevin. My wrist feels looser than it has in many weeks. Now if I could only get back to push ups! I made the carob vice cream yesterday and today I did the strawberry. Boy it was some work cleaning two mature cocos and making almond milk using a juicer. Think I'll stick with the young coconut water/cashew recipes. For anyone who is interested, Jeff did a class on his vice cream and it was outstanding! He did vanilla, carob (with raw cacao beans & carob), strawberry, carob sauce and coconut sauce that actually tasted like caramel! Then we made banana splits. Outstanding!!! Maybe see you at a potluck one of these summer days. Shari - KEVIN THURBER RawSeattle Tuesday, June 08, 2004 10:10 AM Re: [RawSeattle] Bowen work Dear Shari, Hello. Good to meet you the other eve. How do your limbs feel from the quick-fix tx you had? Look up the site at www.bowtech.com. This work is holistic. Literally, I explained it to you succinctly. It will help you recover and heal. Sincerely, Kevin - Shari Viger RawSeattle Friday, June 04, 2004 3:40 PM [RawSeattle] Bowen work Kevin - tell me a little about Bowen. If need send it to me privately - shavig I broke my arm back in November and L & I initially paid for everything and a month after getting the cast off they took it all away. My insurance doesn't pay for diddle. I was going to a person practicing Heller work but she seems to have disappeared and my arm is really giving me fits. Guess I'm asking - what will Bowen work do for me. I've heard good things but need an explanation of what it is. Thanks, Shari - KEVIN THURBER RawSeattle Friday, June 04, 2004 3:07 PM Re: [RawSeattle] Looking for LMP Have you considered Bowen Therapy? I don't take your insurance, but practice this remarkable technique. www.bowtech.com - Janaki Rose RawSeattle Thursday, June 03, 2004 11:22 PM [RawSeattle] Looking for LMP Hi feller Hellers, I am looking for a good massage therapist that takes Group Health, and who can do a deep circulatory massage. I agree, the class was excellently presented, with a lot of bits of knowledge thrown in along with the Vcream method. I made some carob vice cream with the cashew/coco water blend, and it came out quite tasty. Now to try to find a good source for the honey dates. Well done, Jeff, thanks !
