I hereby declare Sunday, June 6, to be a National Day of Shame as millions of

misguided (yet admittedly well-meaning) Americans devote an entire day of their

lives to generating money for the greatest exercise in futility ever invented by

humankind, the wholly unredeemable cause of searching

for a cancer " cure " .

 

I am contemplating doing some leafleting at this event. The rainy forecast is

making this a less than appealing prospect at this point but if others have

interest, I could be persuaded. My thought is just to hand out (in a smiling,

non-confrontational way) a one page flyer with some

truthful information about cancer (something that the participants of this event

might never get otherwise). Anybody? Please feel free to email me privately.
