Nick,

 

While this may not be what you are looking for, you may find it a

good resource. Below are some nutrient tables I have set up to help

people look at the nutrient content of the foods they choose to eat.

This morning I added one based on calories. You probably want to look

at sugars too. At least this shows calories and fats, which may be of

interest.

Thanks so much, it is a good resource. I'm not certain how to construct a good

sustaining meal from it, but it's got all the information I'll probably need

when I figure it out.
