Since 2001 Mars has eaten nothing but raw or " living " food, and now she has published " Rawsome!, " on raw food cuisine. " I've tried everything in my quest for optimal health, " she says, studying Chinese medicine, herbal healing, eating vegetarian, macrobiotic and always organic. But with raw foods she found what she was seeking. " I have lots of energy, my skin is better, and I can even sing better, " she says, which she attributes to a diet free of foods that feed congestion.
