Spa facilites available for use after class! This training will fufill prerequisite for upcoming chef's certification course. (Full email regarding registration coming soon!) July or September: Weekend Retreat at the Annapurna Center for Self Healing in Port Townsend. August 13 -15: Retreat on Orcas Island with special guest healers!! September/October: Weeklong Chef's Certification Course at Cedar Springs, WA Please respond with availability and interest levels. Also, intern postions for the Sun Kitchen raw food booth at festivals may be available this summer. Please respond if you have food service experience. July or September: I'm interested, send me info. August 13 -15: I'm interested, send me info. September/October: Weeklong Chef's Certification Course at Cedar Springs, WA -- I'm very interested, hopefully it will take place before school starts: Sept 27. Blaine and I are interested in helping out. He and I both have food service experience. He's a prep cook at Ray's Boathouse, and I took a culinary class last year with Chef Rabecca Pechman at a technical school, and was a prepcook at a family restaurant in Langley Washington.
