Guest guest
Good morning, Last night we had a scary episode with my 17 yo son. He went into a rage over a rather minor matter and couldn't be calmed down. He is on a SAD diet and had just finished having pizza for dinner. I know him well enough to say that his anger was out of all proportion and out of his control. I suspect food sensitivities. Where can I go to have food sensitivity testing done? Is there a website where I can locate such testing in my area, does anyone have experience with specific testing resources that might be within driving distance of WV? (Penn, Ohio, Virginia, DC) Thank you. Nickolas Hein Morgantown WV
Guest guest
Electrodermal testing is good for determining food sensitivities. It probably was a reaction to a chemical additive or pesticide in the food, possibly MSG (see http://www.truthinlabeling.org/I.AreYouSensitive.html ). Sorry, I don't know what resources are available in your area. I have been tested by Dr. Monte Kline who practices here in Bellevue. Guest guest
My mom used to turn to a monster without any reason, and my boy-friend has the same problem. I don’t think it’s related to food sensitivities, it’s related to hormone imbalances. Most likely your son is Pita type according to Ayurveda http://www.ayurveda-ayurvedic.com/pitta-diet.html Try to make him run every day 30-40 min. I know it's difficult, I have my own 16 years old son. But thanks God he is not Pita type :-) Nick <nick.hein wrote: Good morning, Last night we had a scary episode with my 17 yo son.
