Guest guest
Jeff, Thanks for this link. I jumped at the newspaper name because it's from my home state(s). The author appears to write for the San Francisco Mercury News and has written several articles and columns in support of raw food. It does seem like all of them are tinted with a claim from commercial health " authorities " about the ridiculousness of any benefit from enzymes. Although she gives them mention in each of the articles she doesn't give them any support. That's an improvement. Guest guest
Nick, Sadly, that has been the case for almost every raw article I've read. There is usually a commentary from a mainstream dietition, warning of the hazards of a raw diet, while they don't usually warn of the hazards of commonly eaten SAD foods that are known to increase risks of a variety of diseases.
