It shows that with a low carb diet you can lose weight faster in 6 months, but in the long term, the weight loss is about the same. Nobody has pointed out the obvious yet, that you can lose twice as much weight if you go on a low carb, low fat diet simultaneously! Of course you might even lose more if you fast. I'm wondering when someone is going to come out with a book on the low protein diet. Would that person be laughed to scorn? Probably.
