Chef Lois Maykut has created a 4-course menu that highlights the first wave of local bounty that we will be flooded with in the months to come: strawberries, peas, spinach, cherries and more. Amusee Crudité, Flax Crackers, and Creamy Green Pea Dip Appetizer Spinach Strawberry Salad with Avocado Dressing or Coconut Lemongrass Soup Entree Stuffed Zucchini and Cauliflower Cous Cous or Swimming Rama with Fresh Shiitakes Dessert Mangoes & Oranges with Ginger Syrup or Rainier Cherry Carob Torte $16.95 per person We are now taking reservations for the dinner, with seating available from 5pm – 8:30pm on Friday, June 11th. If you are interested in coming, be sure to reserve early! All three of our previous special dinners have sold out.
