Hello Everyone,

 

Spring is in the air and exciting local produce is making its way into our

special Friday dinner for June. Chef Lois Maykut has created a 4-course menu

that highlights the first wave of local bounty that we will be flooded with

in the months to come: strawberries, peas, spinach, cherries and more.

 

Amusee

Crudité, Flax Crackers, and Creamy Green Pea Dip

 

Appetizer

Spinach Strawberry Salad with Avocado Dressing

or

Coconut Lemongrass Soup

 

Entree

Stuffed Zucchini and Cauliflower Cous Cous

or

Swimming Rama with Fresh Shiitakes

 

Dessert

Mangoes & Oranges with Ginger Syrup

or

Rainier Cherry Carob Torte

 

$16.95 per person

 

We are now taking reservations for the dinner, with seating available from

5pm – 8:30pm on Friday, June 11th. If you are interested in coming, be sure

to reserve early! All three of our previous special dinners have sold out.

To make a reservation, either call us at (206)522-6966, or email the

3. The time you wish to attend

4. Your telephone number

Hello!

 

I would like to reserve a table for 2 at 6:30pm, if that time is still

available. This will be for Heather Andersen and Joel Thornton. I can be

reached at 206.709.2801 x25 from 9:30-6 Monday-Friday or at home at 206.542.9663

outside of those hours.

 

If that time is not available please let me know what times are available and

we'll arrange to make it. Don't want to miss taht Cherry Carob Heaven! :)
