I have the Trademark in the US. I'm not sure what the legalities are

internationally. Of the articles I've read regarding the

vodka-flavored ice cream down under, the company has not called it

" vice cream. " That has been a lable from the media. It'll be

interesting to see how that affects my book sales there.
