Guest guest
I understood that when the body ingests cooked food, it treats this like an infection and unleashes gobs of white blood cells, basically combating the irritant like an invasion of bacteria, virus, or whatever. This process continued ad finitum could lock the body into a response pattern of addiction which takes specific measures to break. Anything can be addictive. Your mothers' hug, a morning walk, quiet time at sunset; the difference between addiction and something like it is the violent effects which comprise it's make up. Basically, what are the consequences? This is the question which determines whether or not we view something as addictive. Are they violent or are they it's opposite?
