Wait a second though. A slight refinement on eating " salty things " :

I've had certain foods that tasted salty without any salt having been

added. The foods I can remember tasting salty are: the part of

cantaloupe near the seeds, the flesh of other melons near their rind,

the flesh of papaya near the skin, celery, and dried tomatoes. Are

you saying you need to cut these for a long while before you can re-

adjust?
