Dear friends,

I appreciate your discussion, and feel that I need to clarify.

1) Attached (in the Files section of Group at

RawSeattle Russian DNA

Research), please find the research about DNA that was conducted by

the Russian biophysicist and molecular biologist Pjotr Garjajev and

his colleagues. He is a very famous and reputable scientist. I am

glad you will have a chance to read this exciting document.

2) The following abstract from a book, Fresh Vegetable and Fruit

Juices, by Norman Walker, explains how juice is absorbed.

" In the mouth, stomach, intestines and through the entire system

there are innumerable enzymes, more than a dozen of which are

involved in the digestion and assimilation of our food, in

conjunction and in cooperation with the enzymes in the atoms and

molecules contained in the food itself. (p. 12)

" To convert vegetables into liquid or semi-liquid mush without

eliminating the cellulose is also of little value from the point of

view of juices. The very purpose of drinking juices is to enable the

body to assimilate all of the vital elements contained in the

vegetables or fruits in the quickest possible time and manner without

in any way burdening the digestive organs with the work entailed by

the presence of the pulp-cellulose.

" Drinking juices which are properly made will enable the body to

assimilate them within ten to fifteen minutes. Whereas, the presence

of pulp in the so-called liquid, or liquified, vegetables, or juices

still containing the pulp, will require hours to digest. " (p. 20)

3) Regarding the quantities of digestive juices: please see the

below abstract from the book, Sacred Wisdom of the Human Body, by

Alexander Zalmanoff (The book is in Russian, and this is my

translation):

" ...in a person on an average diet, the amount of saliva produced

could be up to 1500 ml, stomach juices, up to 2500 ml, bile, 500-1500

ml, pancreas 700 ml, small intestines 3000 ml. "

As you can see, it adds up to be 8200-9200 ml, or 8.2 to 9.2 liters.

So my estimate of two gallons was modest.

I always enjoy coming to Seattle; I appreciate seeing my dear friends

there; I am looking forward to more classes in the future.

Love,

Victoria
