Please come and warm our " penthouse " apartment with your spirits. In case anyone is cat sensitive, note that we have a cat. § Please bring " whole, fresh, ripe, raw, organic plantlife " . Any items that are dehydrated, contain honey, spice(s), oil(s), and/or vinegar should be labeled accordingly. Should an item contain nuts and/or seeds, please label each variety and whether or not it was soaked. If you don't know what to bring but are interested in coming, just bring a bowl of greens or fruit. Organic items are always preferred. Listing your recipe and/or where you acquired your whole food item is always appreciated. Please bring your own plates and silverware (we will provide some also). Feel free to bring any food-prep books, recipes, dietary literature, and any other information that would be of interest to our group. § Children welcome! § Call or email with any questions 206 679 6866 or stephenbard § Please try to carpool if you can – Jeff Rogers is planning to come and can use his minivan to take up to 6 other people from a meetup point at his house in Seattle. Jeff's number is 206-547-8224 and he's in Fremont at 127 NW 40th St. 98107. If anyone would like to provide a carpool ride, please post to the , and if anyone needs a ride, please also post to the . § Directions: 8127 149th Place Apt. D321 Redmond, WA 98052. See map at http://tinyurl.com/3c4fa and see driving directions at http://tinyurl.com/3fpr6 and note additional directions at end of your trip: § 149th Place NE is unmarked, but there is a burgundy colored sign that says " Shadowbrook Apartments " (which is our apartment complex) and a light grey sign saying " Scarborough Townhomes " and it is the first drive/entryway East of 148th Avenue. If coming from 148th Ave that makes it easy. Be aware that if you miss the turn, you might have to drive a ways in order to turn around and try again. § If coming from East of 149th, then slow down after the light for Willows road, you'll be going up a slight hill and just after the road levels out, that's when to make the right turn onto 149th Place. § Then go about 100 meters (you'll pass the first entry/drive to the left), take the 2nd entry/drive to the left and go downhill about 15 meters and then left 15 meters. You'll see building D on your right, and pull up to the yellow zone in front, come upstairs and we will valet park your car for you (parking is really hard to find around here).
