Human Wastewater Organic?

Dear EPA,

I'm astounded by the very idea that human wastewater, refined or otherwise,

could ever garner the label " organic compost " . I personally don't think human

fecal matter in and of itself is pure enough to qualify as organic compost. We

live in a society that has been brainwashed into consuming all sorts of

unnatural things, be it preservatives, pesticides, or artificial foods. Most of

the of the chemicals induced through our ignorant eating habits fortunately does

exit through our excrement and urine. That waste matter hardly qualifies as

natural compost, only that which exclusively consumes organic matter can itself

qualify as organic. Let us not forget about the recent scandal related to the

cattle industry's desire to feed non-organic foodstuffs to supposedly organic

livestock. That didn't work then and this, something far worse, won't work now.

Okay so human fecal matter isn't organic, well what about all the household

cleaners, battery acid, motor oil, and everything else that winds up in people's

toilets? Most of those toxins will never be neutralized, or removed. There are

just too many chemicals, mixed in infinite combination, in our wastewater. Only

an infinite amount of time, knowledge, and finances could ever resolve that.

Since limitless time, money, and knowledge are all things none of us will ever

have, wouldn't it be safe to assume that this wastewater will never be

" organic " . Waste, garbage, poisonous, refuse, drain sludge, whatever you want

to call it, I don't want it on my dinner table. I'm ashamed to live in a

society of whores and absent minds that could ever bring such a bill into

debate. When it's time to make your decision about this bill think about your

grandchildren and how nice it would be if they didn't wind up looking more like

the " swamp thing " than your offspring. Regardless of who you are and your

actions you have to look everyone in the eye for the rest of your life, don't

you want to deserve our smiles, love, and respect? A guilty conscience with an

unlimited amount of dollars is still a very unhappy existence, please don't make

it your own, please..

Sincerely,

Christian Blackburn
