There is also a Ranch 99 Market where we get our young coconuts in the south

end. The store is located in the Great Wall Mall in Kent just off Highway 167.

Exit at 180th and 43rd.

I don't know if it's too far out of your way, but the 99 Ranch

Market on Hwy 99 and 224th in Edmonds has young coconuts for .79

each (a case of 9 is just over $7.00), which is signigicantly less

than Central (aren't they about $1.50 each there?).

 

The Ranch Market has been open there (where K-Mart used to be) for a

few months.  They also have all kinds of asian veggies and such,

though nothing organic to speak of.  The young coconuts are good

quality, though, and cheap!

 

If you're at Central Market, just continue north on 99 for about 10

minutes or so (when you pass Costco you're over half way there), and

it'll be on your right.  It's big, so you shouldn't miss it.
