Mad cow disease and raw meat

It's been interesting to watch the news first hype up the

flu " epidemic " , then the Orange terror alert, and now the discovery

of a cow with mad cow disease. Now I get to see the revolting

pictures of raw meat being chopped up. How can people look at that

and want to eat meat is beyond me. (Last night airing on FOX, Paris

Hilton worked one day in a dairy with Nicole Ritchie and they swore

they would never drink milk again.) What's funny is that they place

such a high priority on that disease and say nothing about all the

other health problems that eating meat causes, not to mention all the

drugs given to the animals that get passed on into the food supply.
