Who wants to live in an all-raw household?

Hello all,

I and a couple other raw friends (Orion and Shakti) are looking for

one or two more raw vegans to form a full household of raw vegans.

We would live in my house, located at 349 NW 77th Street in

Greenwood, a friendly residential neighborhood, pretty close to

anywhere in Seattle--very close to Greenlake (5 minute drive, 15

minute walk), Ballard, Fremont, Phinney Ridge, and Shoreline. U-

district and downtown are about a 10-15 minute drive away too. The

Greenwood Market, a sister grocery store to Central Market, is only

ten blocks away. You can get the same deal on cases of the majority

of produce items available at Central Market. The main produce guy

at the Greenwood Market, Keegan (sp?), used to work at Central Market.

Anyhow, the idea is to rearrange the composition of my house to

consist of raw vegans. Orion and Shakti told me they would take the

basement, where I currently live, which is a separate apartment with

its own entrance and kitchen. I would move to the top floor. That

leaves two bedrooms on the main floor. I'm thinking a reasonable

rent for each room would come out to about $425 or something.

Utilities would be split evenly per person, and generally would come

to about $30-$40/month per person. We can negotiate on all this.

Availability wouldn't be before February, but that's not far off. If

we don't get a group together by then, we can always see if the right

number of people are ready for a future time.

I think such an arrangement would be great for all involved. We

would all share similar lifestyles, values, activities, etc. We

would all know each other and be friends. We could all share a good

deal of space, maybe even the bathrooms sometimes? :-) The basement

is like a large studio with its own entrance, kitchen, and full

bath. There's another full bath and two bedrooms on the main floor.

The top floor also has a full bath. Such a household would be a cool

place to host potlucks and other raw gatherings. With the whole

household in on hosting, it would provide quite a bit of room for

even a large turn-out.

I've tried getting such a project together before, but it didn't

quite happen. Now I'd like to know if there are enough people to

form such a group either in February or soon thereafter. Please

contact me at 206-706-1387 or via e-mail to discuss the exciting

possibilities!

Thanks!

Eric
