New Location: 1717 E Pine St 1 block from Madison Market Seattle Gourmet Live-Food Winter Solstice Feast On Saturday, December 20th, at 7PM, the Executive Chef of RAW (San Francisco), Bruce Horowitz, and Rachelle Beauxjé of Living Light Culinary Art Institute, invite Seattle to indulge in the sensation to sweep the world of haute cuisine. The feast will feature five sumptuous courses made with vegan, biodynamic, organic, and wild-crafted ingredients: * " Herb `n' Weed " Salad (Biodynamic Herbs and Wild-crafted Greens) w/Tangy Lemon-Poppy Dressing * Krispy (Black Sesame and Golden Flax) Krackers, slathered with Sun-Dried Tomato Kreem Cheez * Hearty Sea Vegetable Stew w/ Silky Sea Palm and Arame * Santa Barbara Black Olive and Leek Terrine topped w/ Lemon-Avocado Mousse, Served w/ Sprouted Wild Rice Pilaf * Black Forest Fudge Torte w/Rasberry Coulis * ...plus optional Fresh Vanilla Bean " Vice Cream " * Served w/faux organic Coconut " wine " !
