You could soak and dry some raw buckwheat, making " buckwheaties, " then add some fruit, like raisins or dates, as well as some other fresh fruits. You could even add a few almond slivers, etc. Top it off with some cashew or almond milk, you're in great shape. Keep in mind, most commercial raisins are dried in hot dehydrators, so are not raw!
