KT's health deteriorating fast . . .

 

Friends,

 

Please say some prayers or send your best positive energy towards KT.

 

Her health is beginning to detiorate rapidly. She is now passing blood in

her urine and in extreme pain: non-stop.

 

As you know, she does not ascribe to the mythology of alopathic medicine,

which would not ordinarily be a problem, except that she is still in the

hands of the El Dorado County Jail in Placerville, California, and they

are only set up to work with western medical practitioners.

 

They do fully realize that we have our constitutional right to adhere to

our religious beliefs, which do not permit medical intervention short of

some kind of physical injury of accidental origin, at which time limited

use of advanced surgical tehnique - without drugs - is permissible. This

is not that sort of case here, however, so we are hoping the

administration will be senstitive enough to allow us to have some one

properly qualified direct KT's immediate care.

 

As long time Hygienists, we would be able to handle this sort of incident

on our own, more than likely, but we have been forcibly relieved of

control over our own bodies by the intrusion of the corrupt court system.

And, it is obviously this very interference that lies at the basis of

this

health crisis.

 

Had KT been given her proper and healthy diet, notwithstanding the high

stress of being incarcerated, she would surely not have this particular

problem. As most of you know, she was in excellent - outstanding -

health,

prior to this latest legal onslaught.

 

The jail once again deprived her of water for almost three weeks, before

we were able to solve that problem - and, until just last week, she had

very little protein intake, and no fatty acids at all. She was given her

first nuts only last week, and three days ago, her first avocados.

Otherwise, her caloric intake of fresh foods was extremely inadequate,

particularly because she was regularly given unripe and/or rotten fruits

which, obviously, she could not eat.

 

It could be that the shock of the first almonds taken in too large a

quantity last week may have triggered the problem, but we don't really

know for sure. Being aware of that potential problem, KT was careful not

to take in too many nuts right away. But, what she did consume may have

still been too much. What we do know is that she needs rest and proper

nutrition, which is still not being provided. Needless to say, this

environment is anything but the proper place for good restorative R & R.

 

By our best estimates she will not be released from jail before December

4th, little over a week away.

 

I will be meeting with the jail brass tomorrow morning, first thing, when

they come on duty, to see how we can rectify this problem - safely and

quickly.

 

Again, in the meantime, please pray for her and/or send her your get well

thoughts and good energy.

 

We are so close to her being released. We just have to hang through it OK

for only days more.

 

With your prayers, I am sure we can do it.
