Guest guest
Here in Sacramento there are all kinds of persimmon trees all over town. I just wanted to let you all know that I'm down with OPP . Cheers, Christian Blackburn

Shari, Yes, you probably did miss something. :-) Because Christian has left it out, or implied as it were. " OPP " is from a rap/hip hop song or something, and has since slipped into American vernacular. Your kids will probably be able to tell you what it stands for. Anyway, Christian has here applied it in his own new way to stand for " other people's persimmons " . To translate the whole " down with OPP " phrase, Christian is saying that he likes to eat persimmons growing in the general neighborhood. Pretty sure I'm accurate, knowing him.
