Guest guest
I walked in Chaco Canyon today at 5 o'clock expecting everybody in the room saying Hi to me. But as I looked in the roomful of people, I didn't know anyone of them. For a second I thought maybe I had come at the wrong time, but that couldn't be because my daughter and her fiance were there and the rawThanksgiving menu was on the table. I was so surprised. When did all these new rawfoodists pop up in this area? The guy (what's his name) at Chaco Canyon said they had been doing really well considering the economy. I said I was really glad and we like their business to prosper. The Raw Thanksgiving dinner was great. All three of us were very satisfied. My daughter's fiance likes gourmet food and this was the first time he had a full couse raw food dinner. He said that he could eat raw food like this everyday. We all liked the nut loaf(sunseed loaf really) the pate and tapenade. They were tasty yet not over done with seasoning. I think the chef understands the taste of rawfoodists better than the chef in Cafe Ambrosia. Helen-Lake Forest Park
