In-shell nuts at Whole Foods

I believe the proper thing to do would be to ask someone at Whole

Foods. If they don't know, find out where they get their supply from

and try to contact the supplier. Usually if it is raw it says so. I

don't think it is usual for nuts in the shell to be heated.
