Guest guest
Is New Brunswick dulse from " Sound Sea Vegetables " considered raw? (I bought it at Central Market.) It tastes different than the Maine SeaCoast variety... crunchier, saltier, less chewy. I'm wondering if it's been roasted. Anybody know? Guest guest
I don't know about this particular brand, but I shop at Central Market a lot and have never seen raw sea vegetables there ecxept once they had sea aspargus in the fresh produce area, and they weren't even dried. I haven't checked the section where you usually find the dried/roasted seaweed in a while, but I wouldn't trust it to be raw.
