Guest guest
Hi Linda, As a physical therapist, over the years, I have found these to be related to stress stored in the tissues. It seems to me that bones are a matrix for the energy body. If there is an musculo-skeletal imbalance and/or stress and some toxicity ( acid condition leading to greater cross-linking of fibers in tissue ) then the crystal matrix that bone is accommodates by growing spurs through the energy vortex lines that correspond with the meridian/acupuncture system. I've been unwinding these in my clients and see these spurs melt. Something you can try is using a castor oil compress(with plastic wrap over it), placing the affected area stretched on a hot water bottle. Make small movements in many directions as you feel the held energy releasing from the affected area. Do this for 1/2 hour followed by deep massage perhaps with some inversion to have gravity help with the opening. Hope this helps. In service and with love, Narda Linda Reeves [heartsong] Friday, November 07, 2003 10:11 AM RawSeattle [RawSeattle] Bone spurs on neck vertibrae Hi rawsome friends, Does anybody know how bone spurs get on a person's neck area? Is there a raw cure? I'm not even sure what they are. Thanks Linda West Seattle
