Guest guest
I eat at Chaco Canyon Café three or four times a week, and have since they opened. As Seattle's only raw restaurant (at present), it deserves our support, I believe. I love the place. It is reasonably-priced, cosy, intimate, and the juices and soups are superb, as well as the several entrees that they have. But, as it is new and just getting its legs under it, occasionally they run out of some food by nightfall. They just opened for dinners two weeks ago, and they are still trying to figure out their food buying. I went with my family and only half the menu was available. So if we are planning a Raw Seattle Night there, we should definitely give them some warning, so they can buy enough food. You can get on their emailing list for menu updates (a nice service!), and I know they are planning a Raw Thanksgiving menu.
