Guest guest
I've found Naturopaths to be much more in tune with the body than allopaths, but do recognized they tend to not recognize the true bottom line. They get deeper than allopaths, but tend to not understand the true problems. This is one reason I'm leaving my work at the clinic I've been at. I no longer relate to the treatment as I once did, even though I recognize people are getting healthier. I've found many people going to ND's have had enough of MD's and are not getting the improvement they desire. Naturopathy greatly helps people in comparison to allopaths and there is a definite need for their understanding. There are still millions of people on horrible standard American diets and going to allopaths for toxic symptom suppression. For every person switching to an ND from an MD it means they are likely getting less toxic and learning more about nutrition. ND's tend to have a lot more understanding of diet and nutrition, so can still help the masses to improve. Of course, the more we can do to make raw food nutrition available to people, the more people can make informed choices! I worked at Bastyr for a year and >what I saw there convinced me that naturopathy is almost as mired in >confusion as allopathy.
