RAW Holiday Class POSTPONED for November

If you only take one class this year make it this one! These two put on a

presentation not to be believed! Just take a look at the menu. I urge anyone

who is anticipating the holiday season to be another round of salads to

seriously consider taking this class. If nothing else, come eat. It is worth

Due to the overwhelming requests to offer this class on an alternative weekend,

the Raw Holiday Cuisine course and feast have been POSTPONED until Sunday,

November 16, 2003....

 

The location, Wind of Grace, and time (for class; 6:30-8:00 for feast), remain

the same. THANK YOU!

 

Please join master chefs Karen Parker of Sun Raw and Bruce Horowitz of The Sun

Kitchen in a full-day intensive where you will be empowered to create gourmet

holiday dishes and desserts.

for everyday eating, or especially if you'd like to give to yourself and your

loved ones the succulent gift of gourmet living foods this holiday season, this

You will learn a variety of time-saving tips and tricks for full-blown gourmet

raw food preparation, dehydration and flavor balancing. All food items are MEAT-

& DAIRY-FREE, and DO NOT CONTAIN wheat, soy or corn. ...and yes, everything is

authentically Raw.

 

Your facilitators are professionally-trained Raw Food Chefs with a cumulative 10

years of instruction in the culinary arts. Meet them:

 

Karen Parker

 

Former Master Chef and Culinary Consultant, Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center, the Live Food Chef Apprenticeship Program, Lead Instructor for the

Masters Program in Live Vegan Nutrition, and founder of Sun Raw, Seattle. Karen

has trained some of the most up-and-coming raw food chefs in the country, and is

a leading authority on Dr. Gabriel Cousens' Rainbow Green Live Food Cuisine.

 

Bruce Horowitz

 

Former Executive Chef at the world's first raw food restaurant- Juliano's RAW,

San Francisco, Owner of The Sun Kitchen, Founder of the Raw Chefs Collective,

Author of The Raw Revolution: The Eat Green Sustainable Living Guide
