Whether you new to raw foods and would like to learn basic ideas for optimally healthy eating, or if you'd like to give to yourself and your loved ones the gift of gourmet living foods this holiday season, this is the class for you. This outrageously yummy feast is low-starch, high-protein and Certified Organic. All food items are MEAT- & DAIRY-FREE, and DO NOT CONTAIN soy or corn. The COURSE MENU INCLDES: Triple-Herbed 'Turkey' with Crimini Medallions White Truffle Cream Cheese Enveloped in strips of mock Smoked Maple Bacon, served with Chipotle Cranberry Sauce Savory Sage Stuffing with Garlicky ‘White Wine’ Gravy Whipped Mashed 'Potatoes' Caramel Apple Cobbler Spiced Pumpkin Crepes with Hazelnut Fudge Filling Warm Hemp-Infused Mesquite Chai Lattes In addition to the experiential array of high notes that play along the palette, you will learn a variety of time-saving tips and chef secrets for gourmet raw food presentation, dehydration and flavor balancing.
