Guest guest Posted October 8, 2003 Report Share Posted October 8, 2003 I've been reading your posts for a month or two and I've begun to taper off sugar, alcohol and fat and to eat a few raw vegetables. I've lost a few pounds, but I still weigh 162 and can't get any lower. I'd like to get down to a weight of 150 and a total cholesterol reading of 100. Can anybody tell me how?
