Greetings Raw Seattlelites!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I caught wind that some of you are heading northbound to Norm Baders this weekend and then further north to attend the Taste of Heath in Vancouver. If you will be around, I would like to cordially invite you all to join the raw Vancouver community in celebrating A Taste of RAW Health this

This is a special day for me as I spend the entire day at the Taste of Health event promoting organic raw plant-based eating. This event is being held at the Round House Center (corner of Davie & Pacific streets) I will have a booth that you can stop by and sign up for future uncook class(es) as well as a draw to win a free class and dinner. I will be presenting from 3:30-4:30pm in the "Alive Magazine's Kitchen" the how-to of making fresh organic "Carrot Cake".

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In addition, I will finally have my new ,first of the series, video entitled "Decadent Desserts" available for purchase. This will be the first video in the series promoting a raw organic plant-based diet. A great gift for family and friends that can't make it to the weekly Gourmet Raw Food Classes or that just don't know what to make their raw loved one for their birthday or for any other celebration. The video includes all instructions as well as ingredient measured recipes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

To carry-over The Taste of RAW Health event I will have the doors open at
