Hey guys!

 

Thanks so much for your enthusiastic response and help so far with

organizing the Oct. 23rd Paul Nison event! I spoke to Paul and there are

a

couple of updates:

 

Paul will be holding a special, 'thanks to event committee' party on

Friday, oct. 24th, the evening after the event. It's going to be a fun

potluck party for all the event volunteers, and everyone can get a

chance

to ask Paul questions on a one-to-one basis.

 

Also, we need help selling tickets and spreading the word about the

event.

The early booking group deal is: if your group buys 4 tickets, the 5th

is

free. The tickets are $20 and you can buy them by calling (604)694-0010

 

In order to help encourage ticket sales, Paul will be giving out a

complete collection of his books to the person who sells the most

tickets.

And also the same gift will be given to the first person who sells 15

tickets. So spread the word about this wonderful event! Paul is truly an

inspiration, and you will love hearing him speak and watching his food

We still need lots of volunteers, so please come to the potluck

Wednesday

night at Kits beach (www.rawvancouver.org for directions) and stick

around

for our brief meeting from 8:15-8:45
