Fruit Soup

This recipe makes a great breakfast. Improvise with whatever fruits you have

on hand. Try substituting the spice Mace, with Cinnamon, or???

 

FRUIT SOUP

 

Blend together:

 

Flesh of 2 Mangos

some pineapple

Mace (to taste) about 1/4 tsp.?

 

Pour over bowl of:

 

chopped peaches

blueberries

 

 

OMG!!!!

 

 

Sometimes I add a TBS flax seeds, ground in coffee grinder and soaked 5 min.

This encourages my sluggish digestion, adds EFA's, and encourages me to

'chew' my soup (activates digestive enzymes in saliva) better. :-) It also

creates a nice pudding texture.

 

 

Let's see some wonderful combinations and variations on this list. With such

an abundant source of summer fruits, the combinations are endless. What is
