Guest guest
Thanks you guys for the good response on everything! I'll be sure to enjoy my big supper salad four hours before sleep to get a good refreshing re-energizing sleep. That's great to know! Sometimes I wake up at 3 or 4 in the morning and can't go back to sleep. Someone told me to have a banana because the potassium helps you go right back to sleep. Do any of you have this wakefulness? If so, what do you do about it? I've noticed I don't need as much sleep now. How much sleep do you get a night? How has your sleep changed since going all raw? Guest guest
jenny, waking at 3-4 am and can't go back to sleep? perhaps your body is telling you it doesn't need sleep anymore. when this happens to me, i get up and do yoga and/or meditation. i think this is the best time for it. then i have the rest of the day for whatever. sometimes i crash in the middle of the day, however. a short nap takes care of that. i don't wake that early very often. my alarm usually wakes me at 5:50. i go to bed at midnight, and that is sufficient for me. joe >jennysilliman >RawSeattle >RawSeattle >[RawSeattle] Sleep >Thu, 14 Aug 2003 10:37:14 -0700 > >Thanks you guys for the good response on everything!
