What I did (and still do) for jumping off into eating 100% raw is JUICE.

I have a Champion Juicer and I juice for breakfast and lunch, carrot,

celery, spinach, apple and parsley. It is easy and floods the cells with

nutrition. Satisfies nutritional needs so that I'm not hungry and don't

want cooked food at all. I enjoy snacks of fruit, nuts and seeds and then

have a big supper salad. Works for me...

Thank you all for your replies! The juicing, snacking on fruits, nuts and seeds w/ a super supper salad resonates quite well with my "comfort level" I have also tried the fasting for (2) days and then switching to raw, that was my most succesful run! Thanks again!
