Guest guest
I have ~10 lbs. bing cherries for $2/lb. 3-5 lbs. peaches for $0.80 ea. 10-14 lbs. doughnut peaches for $2.50/lb. from the Sunday farmers' market in Ballard. How much would you like? First come (to an agreed upon location), first served.
Guest guest
Hi All, I am contemplating making a trip to Eastern Washington for fruit this Friday. Rather than set up a database, I'll post the products and prices here and if you are interested in buying, please email me privately so I can gauge the level of interest. I'll need to make a decision in the next 24 hours or so. I've decided that the peaches and nectarines are too perishable. I'll be buying mostly melons and tomatoes, because these were the items I was most impressed with last year. Watermelons are $.70/lb, all other melons are $1/lb and heirloom tomatoes (large and cherry) are $2.50/lb. Following are the varieties to choose from: Red seeded watermelon Honeydew Orange Honeydew Cantaloupe (the Tuscan kind, with the lines) Canary Melon Large red tomatoes Orange (Sungold) cherry tomatoes Red cherry tomatoes All are certified organic. I won't buy anything that doesn't meet my standards, which are very high! Pick up will be at my place in Bellevue sometime Sunday, time to be announced later. Please post questions or email privately. Thank you! All the best, Nora
