Guest guest
Hello Everyone, The Chaco Canyon Cafe, located on the corner of 50th and Brooklyn in the University District, is now open. Currently, we are serving 100% organic coffee, tea, and freshly made juices. We are planning a small vegan and raw foods menu that we hope to have up and running before October, but that is not yet ready. There have been several websites that incorrectly listed us as a " raw foods restaurant " that opened months ago, much to the disappointment of many of you who have dropped by. When the menu is ready, you will all be the first to know. Since the prep space is quite small, the raw menu will be fairly small -- likely one plate of 3-4 items per day, plus a few a la carte items. I have also gotten quite a few requests for desserts. A month or so after the menu's debut, we are thinking of having one special raw dinner per week. If you have any suggestions for what you might like to see, please don't hesitate to email me. Thank you all for your support and suggestions thus far.
