Hey everyone!

 

It was so good to meet all of you at Linda's potluck last--some of you for the

first time, some again--it brought home the importance of keeping community

with our raw kin.

 

Rick or I already told some of you this last weekend, but I thought more of

you might want to know...Marlene's Market in Federal Way (or Tacoma) sells

hemp seeds from Nutiva for 6.something (6.49, 6.69?) for a 12 oz. can, which

is cheaper than I've seen anywhere else. You can get a discount too (10% off)

if you buy a case of 12 cans (you must pre-order for a case.)
